A woman of respect.

Updated on March 16, 2013

So you seem to have had the nerve

To approach me

In a way that as a woman

I did not deserve

I am a WOMAN

Not some little girl

I am a woman

That you ought to respect

I will not accept anything less than that

I want what I want

Therefore, need what i expect

I am a WOMAN

I am a woman who will not tolerate your utter disrespect

I will not accept anything less

I want what I want

And need what I expect

I am a woman of exceptional value

With remarkable worth

I am a Woman

That same woman who had a partnership with the almighty high

Of help putting you on earth

And if you’re trying to figure how is that

Well ask your mother who gave birth

I am a woman who will not tolerate your utter disrespect

I will not accept anything less

I want what I want

Therefore, need what I expect

I don’t know what have got a hold of you

But you have forgotten who I was or

you thought I was someone else

So I’m going to let you take a moment

Wait. Think about it.

And go regain yourself

Now if I wanted to

I could’ve certainly made you feel like a fool

With just my words alone

However, I figure you Must have lost your mind and definitely forgot

Because it appears to me that you HAVE lost it

But if need be, I can surely help you find it so that you may get your mind back

I am a woman

A strong woman,

Who deserves your respect

I want what I want

Surely, need what I expect

And your discourtesy

Will be one of the last things I would ever accept

I am woman

And don't you ever forget
