Emergence...

Contrails on high stream in a sky of bird-egg blue

Flying far above the land; rapidly passing through

A shiny glint of polished metal with angular wings

Passing overhead bound on for distant things

Puffy clouds of water vapor dance in the sky

Riding on the wind and drifting quietly by

Brewing, maturing, changing on its way

Perhaps to bring showers in the coming day

Sun rays burning through a clouded atmosphere

The warmth of summer sun bathes all that is here

Grass growing; trees budding; fields turn to green

The world is waking up from the long winter dream

Birds flying all about building nests up in the trees

Flowers offering up their nectar to the honey bees

The cat is out in the yard playing with a ball of yarn

The mare has a new born colt down there in the barn

Butterflies flicker about on their stained-glass wings

Frogs are a croaking and the Nightingale sings

What an orchestration God has brought to the season

Celebrating the birth of spring, if for no other reason

Evening’s long shadows cast their lines to the night

The yellow moon of night sky comes glowing into sight

The world is in quiet solitude and synchronic harmony

Spring is emerging around; a beautiful sight to see

Watch the stars twinkle upon the canvas of night sky

The wonders of space emerging; distant they all lie

And in the evening quiet with the moon so bright above

Breathe in the air of springtime, the season that we love

Oh yes the dawning of Spring with all it's wonders of new born life. Butterflies hovering and being tossed in the wind with colors so majestic they take ones breath away. New beginnings for many as mother nature paints over the color of winter to spring colors. Brilliant imagery used here Wayne, Bravo, applause.
