Anger--toxic, contagious, bitter to the taste.

When it turns to rage--it has no knowledge of haste.

Like a tidal wave, it escalates without warning.

It can begin at night and leave an aftermath in the morning.

Anger--knows no boundaries.

It only reacts to the trigger with no room to ease.

One can only hold its breath.

When rage takes over, there may be nothing left.

A broken marriage, a broken home.

You can find yourself all alone.

Doing things that you will regret.

From the beginning to end, you are blind and you will forget.

Anger--a new level when it evolves into rage.

How hard you try not to feed into to it, not to engage.

It comes from nowhere, it kindles inside.

There is no place to run, no place to hide.

You are not yourself, you change into another being.

Your body is there, but you are immune to what you are freeing.

Like a thief in the night, an uncontrollable adrenaline rush.

Like a school girl with a major crush.

Anger--toxic, contagious, bitter to the taste.

An emotion that turns into rage, an emotion that should be considered a waste.
