A Pair’s Vignette (poem)

Updated on January 23, 2017

Glance, from your point of view

We’ll dance, to a tune that’s new

With a flow, that will shed light on

To let them know, how much I love you

-

Now this is our song, our love was thus drawn

And they may dance along, before time has gone

Caught up in our melody, to soon take us there

To all the things that just might be, our spring’s youthful dawn

-

If we would just set our love free, a kiss without care

To fashion a memory, which will bloom so fair

Of turn performed so strong, no one fane forget

They too should belong, where real lovers dare

-

In this their show, do not often regret

They will glow, one last final set

In dance, to love as we two

Glance, at our love’s vignette

-

-

Note: Two poems make this one poem. The comma both separates and unites.

Lovely poem that inspires a couple to keep reaching for what brings them true love.
