About Love (a poem)

Updated on March 28, 2011

My love for you

knows no bounds

yet is restrained

by the tightest chains.

Broken memories

fill the space between me and you.

Yet I continue

like an endless wave

moving upon the shore.

Is it love

or a memory

of a long forgotten wish

that ties me to you?

Trapped in a maze

with no correct choice,

I stumble.

Helped by your hand

I go on believing

love is possible.
