Across The Dreams (poem)

Updated on June 1, 2015

Across the dreams of promises of more

Across the skies of possibilities

Where hearts drift off enthralled by scented breeze

As beauties offer heights not felt before

-

Across the grace which sings of tender ease

Across soft passion calling to explore

Where flowers fashion fancifuls from lore

As rainbows born of hope each moment seize

-

Though winds’ confusions blow of altered tales

And waves of fog may challenge once so clear

A world explodes and causes whispered dew

-

Across all splendor draped in silken veils

Where breaths of longed for luster will appear

As stardust wishes kisses melt in you

Lovely Martin, a poem about the dreams of life. I voted up, shared and pinned it.

Great imagery, very tender and sensuous without being salacious.

      Lovely, Robin

Martin, your poetry brings promises of love where many of us have given up. I love the poetic fragrance of your heart. Love survives and prevails.
