Amazing: A Poem

Updated on January 20, 2014
Source

I try to find meaning in the maze of me,

But I'm left feeling cold and empty,

There's nothing worth finding at the end of me,

There's only deep tunnels filled with shadows,

But the light of Your grace shines on my weary face,

Guiding me and showing me the way,

It leads me out of me and into Your arms,

To discover amazing love outside of me.

Lovely! And when we discover that love outside ourselves, He comes and dwells inside us, too, so that we can share it. Blessings!

      Erin,

Words here brighten the eyes, gladden the heart.

Gold is where my mind goes and to a created word for it:

(* goldplace: no masses of information, love exists pure.

      You are there!

Hi Ms Ebower, great poem there; as Ephesians 2 makes it clear, grace comes from completely outside of ourselves! :) Blessings
