Holographic Blue and Crimson Green Satin

Updated on July 26, 2017

This is a very short descriptive poem on this bird's songs being vaguely noticeable in the background, yet still leaving its definite mark!

Bluebird

The Connection

There is a continuous connection, an interaction, between nature, and ourselves, even if we are not always fully aware of it. Of course, this is meant to be, since The Lord created all of nature (as it was meant to be), as well as creating us! However, it is through the manipulation of nature, that we find this connection being altered, at times. But, nevertheless, "This Bird Loves to Sing its Songs!".

Bluebird

Holographic

Holographic blue, and crimson green satin,

shimmer beneath the sun, as soft-pink silk

glistens upon the edges of tiny, intricate wings.

Caressed by the cool, gently flowing sea breeze,

glossy wings stroke the azure skies,

dreamily; effortlessly.

And, this bird loves to sing its songs!

In the distance, vaguely noticeable against the daytime hustle,

high-pitched, yet sweetly delicate, notes of joy, echo throughout

the deep, lavender skies.

While barely detectable, fading into the background,

these whimsical, cheery songs manage to lure

the busy ones below, into an invisible connection

of deep sentiment, inspiring fleeting moments of love,

kindness, and tenderness, toward one another.

And, this bird loves to sing its songs!

Just See The Beginning!

Below is a peaceful video of birds in flight. I love the beginning of this video, where the bird is gently released from the man's hands. (Spoiler Alert)!

If I could glimpse through a child’s eyes

at all the wondrous beauty that they see,

My eyes would drink in so much joy,

and these captivating feasts would satisfy me!

I would see the sun glossing a sugar-pink rose,

      and a turquoise river flowing wild and free;

There would be rainbows on every corner,

with colors, (as an adult), that I shall never see!

If I could glimpse through a child’s eyes,

at all the glorious treasures that they see,

My mind would dream of bedazzling things,

and my lips would speak in poetry!

I could see sparkly purple jewels,

falling through a blue, velvety sky at night,

And I would be able to touch each one,

and then slide down their glittery trail of light!

If I could glimpse through a child’s eyes,

at all the precious magic that they see,

      I would forever be enchanted,

for it would be from my heart that my eyes did spree!

Thank you, Debangee :-) I was hoping if I dressed up like the Easter Bunny that I'd get extra candy :-) ha. My favorite candy is Jujubes, and I am going to order some soon. Of course, most of all, (and, first of all) Easter is about the fact that JESUS LIVES!

Thank you for such kind words. It brought me cheer this Sunday morning!

      Hugs,

      Tamara

Thank you, Whonu :-) After I wrote this, I became sleepy due to the part where the bird is drifting through the skies. I fell asleep. LOL.
