And We Preach

Updated on June 7, 2013

Welcome to the shallows of the reminders of your heart

Reminders there’s something blunt about the concept of truth

Church bells ring past the golden shoots

Welcomes are the puddle of the concept of magical roots

Because mere concepts exist in this mist

And we welcome any ray through the filter of youth’s given kiss

As the ripples provide us a challenged path through this God given lead

Welcomes us to the home of the swamp of Human envy, hate, and greed

Breathing through this hollow carved in the pit our lonely corner of our Universe

We count the stars into shapes of warriors of golden horse

So lets remorse. For our bark keeps us whole. Provides shelter until we grow

Luminescent glow of a stoned and stead soul.

And who knows. Maybe one day we may realize the truth

I Pray one day I will be able to pray without having to be told

Because God and my heart are both sewn with the same pin

And I am nothing but a Human mold

Don’t act like you were never told

And I’m sold

So let us remember how we exist in this Fantasy

Insanity. Is accepting that breathing isn’t what keeps us alive

And WE swear everything is perfect in this puzzle plugging landslide

Just to accept our mortality

Waiting for the perfect moment when our God and the Universe are the same reality

Life has one common destination for everyone. For this reason, the path you choose to get there is the most important thing. Otherwise, life has no meaning at all.
