Angel Hair and Candyfloss
Rainbow
Red and yellow and pink and green, colours of the rainbow it would seem.
Orange and purple and blue, now these are the colours that look bold on you.
Feather duster in your hand, and with a determined sweep of your hair,
ready to do battle with those cobwebs resting up there,
nestling in the corners so dark,no surrender from your cold heart.
Fateful meeting this morning they say, that poor spider got in the way,
of a woman on a mission, with so much to prove,
that she has to wear the trousers so smooth, that no one can tell if bumps do appear
as she holds her woman close, and so near.
Gay is a term many would use, cruel in such light of feminine clues.
You see Jane is the woman in this partnership, the love of her life is called Dick.
Now Dick by nature is all woman too, but in her relationship she always knew
that life as a girl was a big mistake, but the greatness of men she could not shake
so still restless in the body she was given, she decided to live her life as a woman.
So Jane and Dick are woman and wife, they live together in everyday plight
as to who uses the duster today, does it really matter to mankind any way?
Now they have made their bed and lay on it nightly,
and would like to tell you very politely,
that woman do not need a man to conquer the world or share a plan
as to where you lay your hat, or to which side you wish to bat.
Angel hair and cadyfloss sounds so sweet, but make no mistake
Jane and Dick may not have balls, but they have pride and joy and love
which conquers all.
