Anything Is Possible? - A Limerick

Updated on March 13, 2013

Half my life did I waste on dope

I was at the end of my rope

Then someone said, 'Hey,

Change, starting today'

Ten years later, I became pope!

And it just happens to be timely too! (Disclaimer: I am not in any way implying that this poem is inspired by the newly elected pope!)

Crystal, you are so upsettingly beautiful that I am sorry there are not pretty girls like you where I live.

And I see here the Pope smokes dope well then I wonder if he has a bat phone directly to the man upstairs.

Love your sense of humor, wit and irreverence and you shall always rock Epi's life - so thank you very much for that.

Sending you warm wishes and good energy on this snowy cold night from lake erie time ontario canada 11;22pm courtesy of Colin and his cats

Flattery will get you absolutely anywhere you want to go, Epi. Good choice.

Snowy cold night! Oh my. It was in the 70s this weekend here in Georgia. Buds are popping out everywhere. Spring is still striving, but she's nearly here. Sleep well.

So, no hope in dope now says the pope but surely anything is possible!

      Witty!
