Band of Lost Souls - An Open Letter to terrorist wherever they may be.
An Open Letter to tell ISIS what I think of them
To all terrorist, domestic and foreign, no matter what your name or where you are born, you are killing and claim it is in the name of Allah, and you think you will meet Him your God.
You will meet your God, but it is not Allah, that you will meet. It is not seven virgins that you will greet. For if they are there, they like you will be feeding the fires of hell, Jahannam as you bow to your god Iblīs (Iblīs, is the Arabic translation for Devil.)

With your band of lost souls
What is your purpose? What are your goals?
What do you gain by inflicting so much pain?
Is it beyond your comprehension, that Allah would not want these things
You have others strap on a bomb for you
As you teach them what to do
Looking out with lifeless hollow eyes
They don’t live long enough to hear the cries
Sent to their death because of your lies
What the suicide bombers are to you
That is what you are to the Iblīs/devil’s crew
As your body goes up in smoke
The devil/Iblīs has played on you, a cruel joke
Do you really think from Jahannam you will escape?
After all the recruited crushed spirits you laid at his gate
When the devil/Iblīs dishes up your fate
That is when you will know how you rate
When handing over your own soul to the Iblīs caliphate
Iblīs cannot deliver
The honor and glory that you were told
When you joined his band of lost souls
You have invoked compassion for your victims
And you’ve not turned our hearts stone cold
As you fight the flames of hell
And try to rest your weary head
I hope you will remember the lost souls you’ve led
And all the blood that you have shed
As you try to rest in your fiery bed
Osama bin Laden
According to former CIA analyst Michael Scheuer, who led the CIA's hunt for Osama bin Laden, the al-Qaeda leader was motivated by a belief that U.S. foreign policy has oppressed, killed, or otherwise harmed Muslims in the Middle East.
I say it is you ISIS/ISIL/Iblīs caliphate that has harmed Muslims everywhere.
"They hate us for what we do, not who we are."— Osama bin Laden
We need to shine brighter than they hate."— John Slack
- We're stronger together. Written in poetic fashion
What must we do to keep the terrorist from destroying our way of life? Should we close our border's? Should we join forces with our allies and fight? We have much to ponder in days ahead.
- Another Poem for Paris: Tears of Blood
In the aftermath of the Paris terrorist attacks I decided to write a poem of sympathy, support solidarity for the world against terrorism and ISIS
