Beauty of Grapes

Updated on May 8, 2017

Round and fresh

Your rubber skin gleams to me.

In season, you display yourself in varying colors and plumpness.

To eat your skin is bitter.

But the flesh is my desire.

So I'll take the good with the bad.

One taste and greed to have more would kick in.

One mistake not to make: don't mix with vegetables.

The irony is why do grape juice look and taste like purple.

We may never know, that's the beauty of grapes.

Personally i love all various fruits since my parents encourages me to eat them but grapes is what i love.. You can make anything from grapes. jams, jellies, pies, juices, salad or turn them into raisins. I think they taste good with granola.

I love grapes and your picture of so many types. Great writing and fun hub. Makes one think about the taste being always that of purple, doesn't it? : ) Voted it up!
