Did man's atrocities make you cry

How many of your kind have died

In stream of time you regally glide

Minkes, humpbacks you are all sublime

Bless our oceans till the end of time

I was curious if you ever thghuot of changing the structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what you've got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. You've got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?

I enjoyed the photo's but loved the Haiku's the "Shark" "Whale" these were great but I thought that the "In Trust" was rather special it says so much in such few words. We should be more diligent when it comes to this planet and the people in it. Voted Beautiful and Up Up Up. I have wrote a few Haiku that I would be grateful for your comments if you could find the time. 1/ Childish vs Adultish- 2/ Divided- 3/ Undivided- 4/ Heaven vs Hell. Thanks for your lovely writing it made my night........................... Chris

Lurana, we take so much on this earth for granted, but there are still so much we don't yet understand. I hope we don't destroy it all before we realise how precious this world is. Thank you for enjoying my haiku poem.

Really lovely haiku! You captured the essence of each creature or topic. I've seen the Blue Planet series (and the Planet Earth series by BBC too) and appreciated your comment about sea life...there are underwater worlds waiting to be explored and understood. The deep sea creatures I've seen in photos rival science fiction creations!

Irish, I'm so glad you enjoyed these, I'm sorry you were not able to get the full benefit of your dive.

On my first dive, I also paniced a bit, but that was because of the pressure in the ears which was very painful, and I'd forgotten about equalising the pressure by holding the nose and blowing, once I was able to do this, it was magical! ..soon I was so lost in the beautiful surroundings I quite forgot about my ear.

Jo - These haiku's are amazing and I really enjoyed your videos! I tried scuba diving once but panicked. The guy teaching me then asked id I suffered from claustrophobia. I said "yes" and he stated it may play a part in my panic!

My question to him...."You couldn't have shared that little tidbit with me BEFORE I went under the water?"

      Great hub Jo

Imkarn, thank you for checking this out, so glad you've enjoyed it. The bowl of soup, well diving can be pretty hungry work :).

Actually, some say that if we continues to abuse the ocean, by over fishing and dumping tons of poisons into it, most of the organic life could disappear, returning to the primordial state rather like before life began, a soup of mainly algae and bacteria. There are so much going on in the ocean that we don't yet understand, aquatic life form never seen before. We probably know more about space than we do about our oceans.

Altho - perhaps one day you'll explain to me the meaning behind the bowl of alpha-bet soup?

      Lol..

      All the best dear friend!

      Up and sharing forwardxx
