Blossoms( a poem of inspiration)

Updated on October 28, 2014
Faces to greet the warming sun..
Faces to greet the warming sun..
Our children are a reflection of ourselves...
Our children are a reflection of ourselves...
each beloved one, raised in greatest affection...
each beloved one, raised in greatest affection...
With our great praise, self esteem to grow in children, as beautiful flowers...
With our great praise, self esteem to grow in children, as beautiful flowers...

Flowered petals raise their happy faces,

Greeting the sun in dawning places,

Eagerly awaiting the morning showers

Amid the daylight's warming hours.

Little ones all asleep in cozy beds,

As joyful dreams drift in their heads.

Mother's sweet voice, their ears to reach,

A precious hug and kiss for each.

Such special ones, our children, we agree,

A part of us each, in spirits to be,

We raise and care for them, in all their days,,

A vital part, us to give our praise.

Exalted and revered, is each, our tiniest seed,

Planted in soils, rich, to meet each need.

Children of their mothers and fathers, to succeed,

As all God's own, a joyous life, indeed!
