Body Yes Mind No

Updated on May 2, 2011

So the Dr. says that
I haven’t much time.
He said If we wanted
You could feed me glass.
I told him I wanted
my childhood back.
He just stood there
and tried not to laugh.
Then I woke up and my
room was on fire and
the cat would not stop clawing
at me I told him meow but
it did not help...
The smoke danced around me and
my flames let me inhale thou
scent of our rain.
Then the watchmen took out
my brain we sat there
for awhile just thinking away.
The snake crawled to
my feet I picked it up
and it began to scream you are
Thirsty!
But when I had reached the river
it had already dried so then..
I had decided to go and get
a ticket and stand around in line.
The show was good but the
credits were better I had said.
You were all so well dressed
and we had the perfect weather.
Once I arrived inside our
house of mind I raced to the
ice box and made it just in time.
It was only the thought of
the old appliance's that made me melt.
But the food told me the
secret of the old
cold box's ways it filled me
in on Its sneaky
plan it let just me know how
to unplug it from the main.
But then the candle yelled out
in pain please re-light me.
The can blew in my many of my
mind's wind's and..
Its sounds killed.
The glamour was there and
very real. How could they
know we were here
only for the thrills .
We done now we’ve took our
ride and had our x-ray's
lets get off and say good night.
We will lay in-between here
for in every day's night’s dream's.

You don't know who I am, but I know where you live. And if you teach that class, Sex Ed Teacher, I will make you pay.

The point of the big dream, the point of being physical at all... "How could they

      know we were here

only for the thrills ." Why else?
