Bombs of Love

Updated on December 9, 2015

A stranger smiles at a stranger.
He extends his hand to shake.
He wants to tell the stranger:
it’s so nice to meet.

His extended hand begins to shake.
Unknown secrets rattle against his teeth.
He wishes it was nice to meet
but soon you’ll be destroyed.

Unknown secrets rattle in the streets.
A car alarm is shrieking.
Soon everything will be destroyed
in the wake of all this terror.

A car alarm is shrieking.
The stranger begins to cry
in the wake of all the terror
as the world turns to chaos.

The stranger continues to cry.
A smile it is no more
as the world turns to chaos
and bombs of love explode.
