Sacred Love Flows Tenderly

Updated on July 23, 2017

Short Stories and poems with deeper meaning than what is visibly seen on the surface. Enjoy!

Sacred Love

Love is a word that can sometimes be used too precariously.

Nights In White Satin

Desirous Flesh

Sacred love flows,

tenderly;

fragrantly sweet,

enchanting

the blissful way.

Behold!

Rushing into

copper waves,

with another,

desirous flesh

chances the burn

to rampantly play.

Bride And Goom

Infidelity

Key to My Heart

Unconditional service is one definition of "sacred love" and we can all have it by giving it.

A thought provoking poem, alot said with few words.

But refering to a comment I never heard a good love compared to a good meal! Sure hope a good love lasts longer than a good meal, That sounds more like a comparison to lust than to love. Sacred love? That's a whole 'nother story.

A good meal satisfies and lasts. A good love will, too.

I really like this. When I think I'm in love (haven't found 'the One' yet), I'll refer to this to see if I really am. God's love is more powerful than anything.

      Hi Exploring,

Yes, being in-love is the best feeling in the entire world! Well, feeling the Holy Spirit in our souls is the BEST feeling in the entire universe. But, being in-love is one of those earthly joys that few things come close to, except for the love of our children :-)

      Hugs,

      Tamara

      You're in love all right.

So you're chancing the burn? Actually human love comes from this higher Love, which is ultimately the bringer and bestower of all.

It can and indeed is at times sublime... beautiful. One needs the right mindset and be in the right space and this is made harder as it requires two. Still, God is holistic and desire is part and parcel of His plan. Without desire, we cannot grow. Bet you didn't think I'd say this. LOL. Have a great evening, my Tamara.

This short piece on Love, is one of the best descriptions I've heard:https://youtu.be/j7HkCMa-RqM?t=9
