Brighter Sails in the Sunset

Updated on March 26, 2017

Propelled by the wind, the evening clouds each align,

A formation of sculptures of a vibrant artwork, so fine.

As a kaleidoscope, a mix of colours spread in the air,

This rainbow of radiance, seen, its formation so rare.

Riding on the strong currents, carried by the breeze,

Their flights, over the fields, high above tallest trees.

Sails of reds and golds, on a skylit ocean, to be afire,

Every artistic mind to be transfixed, painting to inspire.

Beauty in its brilliance is perceived by each mind,

Brightening the entire day and its ending, so fine.

Promising better times, days we may have in store,

Praising Mother Nature, of these sights we adore.

Agreed - praise to the mother, for she is the source of all that is beautiful and plentiful in nature. Nice piece
