Brilliance of the Master( A poem of inspiration)

Updated on October 16, 2014
Brilliant dawning
Brilliant dawning
Such radiance
Such radiance
Reaches down to us from celestial heights
Reaches down to us from celestial heights
Pulls us from a stormy life
Pulls us from a stormy life
delivers to each a life so bright
delivers to each a life so bright
uplifting for each, his fond embrace
uplifting for each, his fond embrace
a sky so pure, and full of grace.
a sky so pure, and full of grace.

What hand is this, to gift and to mold, making each stroke, with such skill and as bold,

Who, the maker of heavens, pallets of gold, mixed color, of hues, in beauty to unfold.?

This artist unique, in perfection, displayed, his crafts so well done, as each is made.

No sculptor finer, no potter more skilled, this painter of skies, in brilliance, all filled.

His artistry showing, as daily we see, that portrayed so wonderfully, as it is meant to be,

Pouring out his love, as on wings of a dove, from celestial heights, works, from above,

Showering downward, greatest gifts, untold, quenching thirsts, of each waiting soul,

He feeds the needy, the deserving and the greedy, with no difference to make, thereof.

Our great creator, the benevolent host, of a heavenly world, for us, to mean the most,

Each is his creation, revealed by his hand, of flesh and spirit, in precious life, so grand.

As a Beethoven, or Michelangelo, to know, his gifts of such wonder, on us to bestow,

His hand, as our own, each movement, so shown, by his word and deed, we understand.

His spirit, he sends to everyone, our own, and as each day fades, then is to be gone,

With the bright moon in the night, is our delight, to prove to us all, we are never alone.

As we receive a new dawning, as a welcoming one, in splendor, our new day has begun.

A marvelous display, in colors to convey, how devoted in his love, by the generous sun!
