Broken Poetry

Updated on January 29, 2017

Bothered I lie in this desolate night

With you in my mind isn’t right

This kind of feeling I’m unable to fight

Oh please! Oh please! Shed some light

Reasons in me had gotten afar

Seeing you I saw no bar

I can’t resist how precious you are

So I made a wish upon a star

Somehow that wish was promptly granted

Not too long I was delighted

Sweet, sweet moments we had, it ignited

The feeling I never, ever expected

Yes I fell, I fell down the trap I made

I hear, here and there, tons of tirades

But minded them not, I proceeded

The prize, the prize is painful that makes me bleed

The fire was made, the fire was set

To put the fearless fight I soon regret

Realizing how raging the fire was aimed

Too late to notice, I am the one got burnt

It pains me all over

It chills me down to my nerves

It drives me down to the bottom of my sanity

Bearing the pain is no possibility

Forbidden it is for it burns in the end

No matter how low or high was the fire

It is still a fire that can make me retire

Retire, for no matter what, it burns, it’s fire
