By His Hands ( a poem of inspirational beauty)
The Lord God has uplifted us, his children, all, with his powerful hands,
By his two feet, has walked ten thousand miles, across the desert sands,
His word, has Helped us each to meet this life's greatest demands,
We've marched through wars in victory, with his great angelic bands.
Refrain:
With the Lord's own story, one of grace, of our home in glory, for the human race,
We shall spread his news of freedom, and preach all across the lands.
With his eyes he transferred his vision, to believe in him, our own decision,
His brave heart, and gracious mission, the love of all, our best provision.
By his teachings, we each may envision, his goodness fulfilled, in admiration,
His miracles, as proof, our actuation, spreading his gospel, in all adulation.
Refrain:
With the Lord's own story, one of grace, of our home in glory, for the human race,
We shall take heart, and make our stands, of his generous love, ours to embrace.
The wonders and miracles of Jesus, were made there before us all to see,
Braving storms of life, as walking on the waters, at the sea of Galilee.
Feeding the many with few fish, loaves of bread, near a town of Bethsaida,
Healing the lame, the blind, and rekindling of life, all in his grand agenda.
Refrain:
With the Lord's own story, one of grace, of our homes in glory, for the human race,
We shall take heart and make our stands, of his generous love, ours to embrace.
The Lord God of us all, to surely dwell in the heavens, and to reign as king, on high,
His son Jesus, the christ, his life he gave, and sacrificed, this we never shall deny.
The father and son, are as our hosts, the precious trinity, as a part, the holy ghost.
The celestial spirits, angelic bands, welcoming us, our devotion to mean the most.
Refrain:
With the Lord's own story, one of grace, of our homes in glory, for the human race,
We shall take heart and make our stands, of his generous love, ours to embrace.
Yes, His generous love, we shall embrace.
