Choosing an Article Publisher is Like Choosing a Spouse

Joining an publising website is related to choosing a significant other. You want to choose a spouse that compliments you. Your spouse will be able to help you work through your weaknesses while highlighting your strengths. In the same way, you want to choose a publishing company that has the ability to assist in generating traffic to your articles, offer a large distribution network, and ultimately earn you money.

Triond Matches Your Articles With Article Publishers

What publishing options do they offer? A large number of article publishing sites hold articles on their website. Triond does not keep articles on their internal site. Rather, Triond places articles across a series of partner websites and blogs. Triond compares each article with the website’s articles.

Triond's pairing system benefits both you and the publisher. Publishers receive high quality articles that are targeted for their niche market. You can rest assured that your articles will be placed in niches that provide a stream of interested, targeted visitors. Having a ready stream of targeted visitors also makes it easier to market your articles.

Triond's Compensation Plan Makes It Easier To Make Money Writing

Earning online requires a profitable payment plan. Several publishing sites, like Associated Content or Helium, pay freelance writers either upfront and ongoing revenue commissions. These websites base your continuing revenue payments on the value of advertising revenue generated by your content. However, Associated Content or Helium does not provide the percentage of advertising revenue you receive. Triond tells you upfront that you will be paid 50% of the advertising revenue, for the life of your article.

Triond Offers No Payout Threshold

It is more difficult to get paid with an enormous minimum payment threshold. The minimum payout, you must earn, before receiving payment varies from site to website. For example, Helium’s baseline pay-off threshold of $25. Higher payout thresholds can make it tougher to receive your payment. Triond’s payout threshold varies by pay-off option. You may to choose to receive paid by check, Western Union, or Paypal. If you select Paypal then you will be paid when your revenue reaches fifty cents. If you choose to receivea check or Western Union your pay-off minimum is set to $50.00. This ensures that it is worth Triond’s staff’s time to process the check or Western Union.

Kill Two Birds With One Stone: Make Money And Generate Blog Traffic

Many publishing businesses do not allow you to advertise your main website. You may be allowed to list a link on your profile, however, the publishing site don’t allow including links within a Resource Box.

Triond allows you to place a Resource Box. The Resource Box contains links to your affiliate marketing pages, blog(s), or websites. These links have the additional benefit of increasing your website’s SEO. Search engines ignore multiple links coming from the same site, even if they are link to different blogs. Since Triond places each article on different websites, search engines list each link as unique. Vastly increasing your Search Engine Rankings.

I found that Triond can be a fun community - not hugely profitable from my experience but it makes a small chunk of change and is a good place to start out.

      The Triond Experiment

I recently discovered Triond and I published an experimental article I called "How Much Will This Article Earn?" and got 5,000 views in one week! It was fun so I decided to write more in the future. I think we just have to promote it well in order for us to get views. Sometimes I just post the article to my facebook account and get atleast 200 a day from it. Twitter is also a good source of views.

      Keep on writing! Goodluck!

Thanks for this. I don't have much free time for writing for passive income. I have been going back and forth on where to write and where there is no problem with payment (whether factoidz, bukisa, or triond) and this article makes me lean to triond more. Thanks again.

Very informative article. I just signed for Triond and posted my first article today. I wasn't sure about all of the ins and outs of the site but this info helped me out a lot.

I've seen quite a few both good and bad reviews about Triond lately. I haven't been a member there for very long (or at HubPages), but I'm finding the community at HubPages better, and prefer a lot of other things about HubPages too. I don't find Triond too bad yet, though, and will stick around there for a bit longer before fully deciding. A good hub, well done.

I'm wondering about the resource box you mentioned. Are you referring to the author profile? When someone reads an article at Triond, they can click on the author name and will be taken to the author's profile.

It would be nice if an actual resource box was included at the foot of each article.

Triond is a good little opportunity and you don't have to jump through hoops to get paid. The recent addition of AdSense ads has greatly benefited the Triond writing community.

I read that Triond does not allow direct affiliate link. I think we have to redirect to our blog

Very, very informative hub. Your style of writing is very easy to read and gives the reader vital points to take home with them. I didn't know much about Triond, but this has given me a glimpse of what this company is all about.
