Careful Footsteps

Updated on September 16, 2013

Let your footsteps be careful footsteps.

There will be many who say they are going your way,
but do not be surprised when you get to the fork in the road.

One path will lead to truth, justice, and reconciliation
The other is a winding path of lies,deception,vengeance,and retribution;
that moves in a circle which can only end at the beginning of desperation.

Let your footsteps be careful footsteps,
because an angry man is a selfish man, and given to deception.

His tongue will seldom tell the truth, but with kindness you can discover many things, because a kindness must be returned with a kindness, and when it is not,or is only half delivered, the truth will then be revealed in the light of kindness.

"I don’t go so far as to think that the only good Indians are dead Indians, but I believe nine out of ten are, and I shouldn’t like to inquire too closely into the case of the tenth."

Evil men wish for you to return evil with evil , so that they may present it to the world as your true savage nature, while claiming that their evil deeds were only a strong medicine; a letting of blood to release the poison and the corruption gathering like rust upon the foundations of freedom and democracy.

But these are not wise men, although they are cunning in their deceptions, and so let them be easily exposed ... and disposed of ... with love and kindness.

Let your footseps be careful footsteps, and although you may often walk alone, you will never fall down to be numbered with those who dwell in the lower regions; those who have heard rumours of the reflections, but will never live ... or die to see the light of day.

Ronnie, we never walk alone. Have you read the "Foot Prints in the Sand"?

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed He was walking along the beach with the LORD. Across the sky flashed scenes from His life. For each scene He noticed two sets of footprints in the sand. One belonging to Him and the other to the LORD.

When the last scene of His life flashed before Him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of His life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times of His life.

This really bothered Him and He questioned the LORD about it. LORD you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.

The LORD replied, my precious, precious child, I Love you and I would never leave you! During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.

As long as you take the path of truth.

Thank you Ronnie for the truth you speak and for being my friend.
