Celestial Marriage

Samuel Malik Canty: the Word Bird. I am the author of Four Poetry Books, I understand my Purpose, and my words are my proof...

It began so innocent… Mother-Earth and Humanity an affair Made and Sanction by the Creator…

The Creator gave humanity to Mother-Earth as a Mate who would Love, Cherish, Protect and Respect Her.

The harmony, the unity, in the beginning made the Creator Smile, but it would only last a little while…

Humanity in its growth started disrespecting and neglecting Mother-Earth…

Mother-Earth took it all in stride for she knew Humanity needed her to survive…

The breaking down of Mother-Earth at first was subtle… A little neglect here, a little neglect there, and then the pollution came, then the Wars and Machines of War…

Mother-Earth wept, She cried until her voice reached Heaven, the wounds were beginning to take their toll, making Mother-Earth feel worn out and old.

Her tears made the Oceans overflow…An Earthquake here, a Tornado there, her grief was being felt everywhere…

The touch of Humanity which used to make Mother-Earth smile, now made her frown and all she does is wait for the Creator to look down…

A Match Made in Heaven can only be Separated by Heaven…

Humanity Please Take Heed.

Your Wars, Your Racism, Your inability to Live peacefully among each other, is poisoning the air and keeping Mother-Earth in tears...
