City Winter

Updated on January 28, 2015

The winter-scape is beautiful but holds dark brutalities under it’s sunlit white mask.

Bobby thought his bald tires would hold the curve on the I-80 West on-ramp.

Craig, Loraine & the kids won’t make it to Grandma’s this weekend,

The baby was the only survivor.

Chief, Frank Robinson’s horribly neglected Pit Bull,

Will be frozen solid by morning.

Frank’s been on a drug binge for 3-weeks

And forgot he had a dog.

Sometimes a city winter can be as brutal as Yosemite. ~

      Sadly, all this is possible.

I don't know where it came from. Just stuff.

That was definitely not a Hallmark moment. :)

People always look at me funny when I tell them I only like to see snow on Christmas cards and calendars.
