Cliché

Updated on August 16, 2010

It’s so close, yet so far

Cliché; so true.

Dream at a distance

Almost reach it; can’t touch it.

Further and further away

Feeling lost and afraid.

What will become of me?

What will I do?

Why do I live for?

No sense in thinking too much;

Just survive, get thru it.

To do list:

Wake up, survive, go to bed.

Each day passes like the last.

Nothing to do but wait.

Wait for what?

A miracle; only that.

Too slow, too fast.

Patience is a virtue

Cliché; not true.

In a world where now is the rule

Why should I have to wait?

No time left; life has been lived.

Or has it?
