“For the yoke I will give you is easy and my burden is light.”-Matthew 11:30

Practice 4Rs:

Practice Recognize:

Mindfully aware

Recognize shenpa.

Practice Refrain:

Stay with the feeling.

refrains from judging.

Practice Relax:

into the feeling

melts it away.

Practice Resolve:

Resolve to practice

4Rs on shenpa

Again and again.

Discomfort and pain …

4Rs on shenpa:

Recognize, Refrain,

Relax, Resolve …

Practice …

Practice …

Practice …

… sitting with shenpa.

Practicing 4Rs

Sitting with shenpa

Pathway to Soul.

The lost is Found

at last.

at Home,

Sitting with Joy.

Thanks for honoring the hub with your constructive criticism, Eric! You are correct, we can do 4Rs anywhere and be Joy any time, spreading joy to people we meet everywhere.

Hi Everyone, due to the brevity of the poem, I had to excerpt from my previous hub in order to not get the hub flagged down due to the required minimum number of words. However, in excerpting, it then got flagged down for duplicate. I have deleted most of the excerpt. Hopefully that strikes the balance between the rules of minimum number of words & of duplicates, and we'll see this poem back in circulation soon.

Very wonderful hub. No matter who or where we are we can join with millions that practice everyday.
