Crazy Man : A Poem
Want to cry
But the tears won't come.
Can't move my feet
Though my mind says "RUN!"
Want to tell you how much you hurt me,
But the words won't get off my tongue.
So I stand there waiting...waiting…
Waiting for it to come.
The words you say
Slap me harder then the rubber in your hand.
Words that you later deny
You've ever said.
Wish you were dead
Though the thought I dread.
You've tried turning my brother against me
To let him hate me just like you.
Still I stand here waiting…waiting…
Waiting for help to come.
Why did you force me to stay?
The marks on my body and in my mind
Are proof of your hate.
Your own flesh and blood you treat like a slave.
I'm here all alone
No contact to the outside world.
Why am I still here waiting...waiting…
Waiting for happiness to come?
She turned you against me
Told you lies about me.
I know you don't love her
But you love to hate me.
I'm done waiting.
I'm done believing.
I'll do this on my own
'Cause you're a crazy,
