Curves in your lips – a poem

Words to hide the silence inside

To flutter around the crux,

Laughter to hide the tears within

To clutter along the flux.

And then roles play to masquerade

For the need of existence,

Till vanity plays to elude a crusade

Another heed to credence.

Little meanings do change the veracity

Then curves in the lips do ballet,

Forever pretense to play such intensity

One more perverse to crescent.

A curve up and delight,

A curve down to plight.

Your lips do dance…..

To make my mood sway.

Every other day….

I loss many parts of me….

Now I do wonder…

What is left of me….

Anything to retain

The void together!

Oh, come on baby….

And let me embrace …

For you another life…

A few moments…

A new date…

Some more blue ….

If only I could snatch another death….!

If I sleep do not pretend…..

If I die do not you cry….

You better smile ….

As I will be living through a death….

To get ecstatic in my love….

To reside in another death yet!

When the dreams will end…

I wish your lips to curve up….

In the sprinkle of your joy

I will breathe in another coy….

To hide my face in the arms of my love….

I am inhaling another sky…

Of eternal death…!

Every reader has their own relate-able take on a poem. I could relate so well to:

Words to hide the silence inside

      To flutter around the crux,

Laughter to hide the tears within

      To clutter along the flux.

      The Queen of the masquerade.

But your talent takes the poetic wave much deeper and I take great comfort in:

If I sleep do not pretend…..

If I die do not you cry….

      You better smile ….

As I will be living through a death…
