Journey

Updated on October 14, 2014

My journey...

Follow my path or assist with preparing one, for this journey to success, is all that I ask...

But the thought of another coming up because possibilities are endless is hard for one to grasp...

It took a while but I realized if you stay in your old ways you will always reminisce and say “those past days, were the good ol' days”...

Well in this time frame...

Life is no longer a game...

So I retired the dice...

Apprehensive to the consequence and consternation from rolling so many odds...

So now I completely feel obliged to make this dream a reality and no longer a mirage...

Indulge in the present and reminisce over the premonition I have of the future for my significant other and I...

Provide for our children...

Evenly divided portions of this "fruit of our labor" pie...

I am the King of this new Babylon and she is my Queen...

Rome was once torn down due to lies fracturing it's foundation...

Now we live under truth...

And the veracity of this matter is that;

No man, woman, nor circumstance could boulder, blow or blast down our roof...

Yet through all the turmoil I only pledge to this woman as if she is my nation...

No recession of intimacy could ever depreciate our love...

So we will always remain in this race we're in...

"Decathlon Love Run" and we're number one...

That's why others take follow at the sound of the gun...

So again...

My journey...

This is no longer a fact...

Because now I carry a family on my back...

Our journey, our dream, our success...

Nevertheless, always feeling blessed to be dealing with the lack of stress...

No invitation to the feeling of enduring the most but yet receiving less...

That's the thought that will always fade to black...

We want...

We need...

We desire...

Our Journey....
