Demented and Deranged

Updated on February 13, 2015

Deep in the night when it is expected,

When the wind howls and the eyes glaze over, while looking up at the moonlight,

I seize the moment my time came, and I dreamt upon what I selected,

It was what I was meant to be when the light was bright,

My mind was ready and my breathing was heavy,

The clouds made its way to me, dark and voluminous,

And the world endured this cloud with its oceans sweaty,

While my face spattered with its mist,

My eyes opened and my breathe was sucked back into my body,

As the dust scraped my lungs, reality showed how harsh it was,

And I veered around in all directions, straining my eyes as through it was foggy,

But there was no fog, only people burying themselves in mud.
