Denver - Haiku

A three part Haiku - with tears for Aurora victims

Scarlet blush echoed cracked veil

Aurora dawn peeped through sleepy terror tale

Red haired joker humankind frail.

……………………………………………………………………….

Scarlet passions spurt dead life

Joker greeted innocent life with killing smile

‘Dark Knight Rises’ with whine.

…………………………………………………………………

Sickest mind kills ‘Batman’ admirers

Denver cries for heartless scene Aurora victims

Ticket for show James assassinates.

So terribly sad and scary. My prayers go out to the victims and their families.

Thank you @ Beyond Max for revisting.....its a terrifying nightmare indeed. The world seems to be scary if we think how even this mindless fellow even colored his hair to kill innocent people who just went to enjoy a movie ....:-(

Hi Deergha, I'd say it still shocks and terrifies me to the core. The whole story is a nightmare of enormous proportions. It's a horrible tragedy and who knows what else will surface from investigation, it's just hard to wrap my mind around it. Scary, chilling world we live in.

Wow you really get to the point. Good tribute. It sort of spooks me as if The Dark Knight movie has a curse on it.

Actually the incident shacked me till the core and this is the the way I could release my anguish. The whole thing is a shame on mankind for sure.
