Dirt, Sunshine, and Rain (Poem)
The hollow case of humanity grieves me so,
The cool touch of the northern wind whispers things I don't know,
Inside the land of thoughts I see butterflies and a girl on her tip toes,
Colorful pages of once upon a time,
distinct mysterious stares of her daily rhyme,
hopes so true! dreams on fire!
all while floating above a feeble wire,
No beating heart comprehends.
Even the host dreads a dead end,
Enamored and in so deep, anyone would want a friend,
but then again.....,
It's in silence that it's found,
It's in her own garden where she drowns,
The weeds and the blossoms,
The smiles and the frowns,
She was never lost, she was always found.
Soli Deo Gloria
-It gets crazy yet it's under His control. Cries are for strength, questions for wisdom, hardship for growth, praises for joy. My God is in control. May all be blessed!
