Discovering Of My True Nature
"Memory is a method for clutching the things you cherish, the things you are, the things you never need to free"
It has been Eighteen years and the memories of my first day at school are still fresh. I can still recollect the expanse of the emerald green grass vying with the scent of the beautiful flowers. Schooling is probably the most beautiful part of one's life. It has been in the school that I have made a transition from childhood to adolescence, and now I am stepping towards adulthood. In all these years, I have received a lot of warmth and protection from my teacher and my friends. My School has taught me an invaluable lesson- The Lesson of Life.
This voyage had its own share of sweet and sour experiences. Be the waves rough or calm, my teachers have always taught me to keep my balance and stay focused. "Do your best and leave the rest" is perhaps one of the main lessons i have learnt from them. My teachers have been my greatest inspiration. They have had the most profound impact on my personality. Henry Brook Adams rightly said - "A Teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops."
"Friendship multiplies the good of life and divides the evil". My friends lighted up the dark with their jokes, cheering and incessant support. With my friends i learned different ways of interpreting the world, and also different ways of looking at my own nature.
It is true that "The most joyful recollections are of minutes that finished when they ought to have." With this in mind I am leaving the portals of my alma mater. My school has made me feel the luckiest, the most loved and the happiest. The school has blossomed my soul like a gardener.
