Don't go to Geneva!

Updated on June 13, 2013

Tijani Achamlal is an English Teacher in Nador, Morocco. He studied English Literature in Mohamed 1 Univ .

Minds no longer locked
The roads no longer blocked
All is clear
and no fear
Tide is turnning
and Bashar’s rule is slowly burning
Stand Dara’aa,
Stand Hama
The dawn is slowly breaking
No matter how long it’s taking
The victory's coming
No matter how far its humming
Don’t cry over a little kid shot in the head,
on the pavement laying dead
As tears
Never helped a crier
nor has ever brought withered twigs to respire
And don’t mourn over a father
blown up pieces in the air
one leg burnt to ashes here
one hand with fist clenched a piece of sugar thrown there
As no one comes in glory to restore
and help mourners any more

Everyone in some way or another
a participant in the genocide
a vampire..indeed.. inside
enjoying drinking
blood a tide
Everyone is an hypocrite
much more induldged in criticizing the Saudit
for not letting women driving cars
and never ever dared to air the Tzars
torturing Syrian women behind bars

If the Security Counsel was built
On the godly foundation
Then the whole world would be one nation
in peace prospering
not in wars harboring

I am asking you
As I'm in blue
Are you really going to Geneva two
to attend the vendue
and to listen to the world leaders' moo,
To those who did nothing but only condemning the curfew ?
Are you that stupid
to believe in the wiles of the cupid
and let the self be drifted easily by the West rein-deers
Those who slaved and tortured you with no fears
many years!!

Your blood is still dropping
From their elbows
They built towers and chateaus
From your sons’ sorrows
Wake up
Step back
Take the gun up
And shot the devil’s pack

I'm probably the most apolitical SOB around, lol, and almost a nihilist when it comes to the human condition - partly because my dad fought in World War II for six years and told me enough horror stories to last a lifetime and also because I feel that there will be two people left standing in this world and they'll still be fighting .....

but that said, Sir James, I look up to you and admire you so much for your passion and storytelling - and it's people/writers like you who make a difference in this world and thank you for that sincerely

Sending you warm wishes from the three of us

Thanks for taking time to read this and I am glad you liked it..Much appreciated!!

Freedom is the only law which genius knows and Syrians are genius and brave. The whole world must do something to support those freedom fighters ,by doing that,we protect our liberties at home as Clarence Darrow says. Those who say that the rebels are terrorists are just trying to trick the world and hide the fact that the Russians and Iranians are fighting with the Syrian dictator.Besides,The rebels before taking weapons were just demonstrating peacefully, but the president took the weapons to exterminate them. After killing many people, some border countries provided them weapons and men to support them.

Much love and tons of hugs sent from northern Morocco to southern USA .

it is Syria s misfortune that its torment at the hands of the thug regime and his murderous cronies had to come after the West s ordeals in Iraq and Afghanistan, and in the wake of a global financial crisis that has left accountants in charge of foreign policy.Wearied and broke,The West, especially USA have no appetite for another military adventure..Sigh..God be with Syrian !

Barack Obama said last year that the use of such weapons was the red line that, once crossed, would change everything. So far, it hasnt. Now it is time to act. There is no time to waste ..if not,so the image of USA as the protector of the Democracy will be shaken. It is not necessary to intervene physically in Syria but just giving what the freedom fighters need and America knows better than any nation what the freedom fighters need.

James ... great write my friend.

While politicians posture ..people are dying.. the world right now is sad sad place.. Americans waste their time trying to point out that we need social change here ....while going about their mundane lives on facebook or twitter worried only about themselves ... caring only when tragedy strikes close to home. The United Nations is the biggest most corrupt institution in the world .. useless, biased and .. impotentent.

We actually need aliens to come down and attack our world in order to unite the many peoples of the world , so we can stop killing each other and unite .. human beings are human beings.. no matter what color or faith or idolity.

      May God save us ...

"Why promise a change, when talk is so cheap."

This is very striking.. Politicians will never get tired. Power is all they ever wanted.

I am literally shaking and speechless after watching that profound video (of the likes I have never seen!) and reading the words you have vividly crafted to weave into our minds' eye . . . chilling.

As it has been said, the pen is mightier than the sword, which you have proven here. You certainly are one brilliant writer.

      Voted up +++

      Hugs, Faith Reaper
