Don't hate! (Poem)
A message from us
It was a beautiful Saturday when Chichi and I, I mean, Kimberly and Elizabeth, decided to make a video reciting a poem that I've wrote a few weeks back. We tried to be as serious as its message but we can't help but add a little comedic side to it (feel free to laugh! :) ). Nonetheless, we hope that every ear that will hear will be blessed and encouraged by the poem. Remember that hating is self harm, like an acid that destroys its container.
Go watch it then. Enjoy!
Elizabeth and Kimberly; Don't hate (poem)
Don't hate (poem)
To all the haters who love to bash,
Why don't you stop yourself from talking trash?
Instead of hating, why not love?
or at least don't tire yourselves from using to hate all that you have,
just relax, inhale and exhale,
and go walk on a nicer trail,
Not forcing you to be fans or do something you can't do,
All we're saying is, what would you feel if the hate was on you?
Nobody's perfect we should all know that,
so don't even put on the "I'm way better," hat.
Be wise and discerning,
we're all learning,
Don't do harm to yourselves,
and don't you find pleasure in harming someone else,
Restore and not war,
Don't envy and hate, and you will go far.
Soli Deo Gloria
