Duck on My Roof (Haiku)
Small duck on my roof,
You're too high for me to reach.
Are you taking pause,
Just too tired to make a speech?
The roof of my house,
Not a very ducky place.
Did you lose your way,
Would not be such a disgrace?
Are you observing,
How us human critters act,
Not so charming, we,
All do speak without one quack.
After your short rest,
Perhaps you'll rejoin your flock.
Never grace our roof,
Where you received such a shock.
Our human race, odd,
Compared to your feathered friends,
Not a one may fly,
Walk... wearing our silly grins.
