Dummies: a Poem

Dummies are my favorite fools

not endowed with brains to show

like missing some of mental tools

which makes them a kind of slow.

Usually making a big noise

talking much but saying little

confident with a sheer poise

with words as if part of spittle.

From laborers to learned folks

knowing more or knowing less

they are birds of a same flock

with their life being a big mess.

Dummies don't know how to live

as if under a stupidity spell

they may prosper and achieve

but still sillier than one could tell.

Their relationships will tell on them

and the way they mishandle stress

with their excuses a real gem

for all that crap and all that mess.
