Each Daybreak A Brand New Start.

Updated on February 16, 2013

When days are a little sad ;when sunlight seems to be evading ;when Mother Nature's charms seem to have faded just remember that each new daybreak ;that each brand new start is just around the corner.

Hold my hand and follow me into that brand new daybreak.

Source

Sweet birds singing

on a brand new daybreak;

magical and wondrous

each heart doth now awake.........................

Dew drops a-glistening

that furtive glimpse;

full of sweet promise

as day time begins.............

Full of potential

fingers of delight;

little snowdrops peeping

promises so bright...............

The birth of a new dawn

to beckon and entice;

full of wondrous beauty

a beautiful surprise........................

Source

Daybreak

Full of beauty

Serenades eager hearts

New whispers almost virginal

Each one blossoms to the heavens above

Shrug away that doubt slinging cloak

Shun into oblivion

Simply embrace

Daybreak.

Source

Deep in my heart

As each daybreak promise

You will find solace so sweet

Beneath the awaking sky

Reach out and touch each dewdrop

Each moment;each day forevermore

As each heart beats in unison

Knowing the promise of each day to come.

      I will follow you into every new daybreak. Beautiful my dear. I was watching the birds at the feeders this morning, and listening to their sweet call, and watching the sun break through the clouds, and all I could think of was how lucky I am to be alive.

      blessings and love, today and always

      Oh! Cat Stevens 'Morning has broken' - this beautiful song has never lost its charm and gives me a lift anytime I hear it! I've had quite an exhausting day and so to sit down finally and ready your wonderful words along with the music is the tonic I desperately needed - thank you!

      Eddy as always, your work is uplifting and so beautiful!!! Voted up +shared!

      This was prefect today. I began my days off early this morn, naturally, heading for the lake. The earlier that one goes out, the best seats are not taken, as we can watch the Great Blue Heron fishing, and other birds getting their breakfast before their days begin. Gee, it is almost similar to what we do.

      As a kid I had an English teacher who had us all learn "Morning is Broken". I still remember the song even though I can't remember the teacher herself now. I often think about how each day is fresh and new and will only be here once. Everything you do that day is how you were that one special day.

      At the oil company I worked at I had a large office (12 windows) on the 33rd floor. Many-a-day I got to witness the sunrise (and set) on the Bay Area. It was always breathtaking and inspiring.

      Gotta love the old Cat Stevens songs . . . I imagine it would inspire the poet in you to get it down with paper and pen! Lovely awakening Eddy . . . Thank you, Kathi :O)

      It’s those beautiful possibilities that stretch before us each morning that are the magic you have captured so well in your words. Cat Stevens is the mellow and gentle wisdom that melds perfectly with this lovely poetry. Thank you Eddy! Voted up and more. :-)

      Just loved loved loved the concept. It is super charging, very good to read for motivating during those few depressing moments. I guess you must be one of the best writers n poetesses on Hubpages. :) The choice of song is also perfect and goes so well with this poem. In short, beautiful.

      Hi Charu oh what can I say to your praise except a very big thank you. I myself owe so much to everyone here on HubPages ;friends old and new .This is what I love about our community or hubfamily ,it doesn't take us long to become friends;we share so much of ourselves through our writing .Far more than what we do with people who surround us in the communities where we live. I have learnt to open up and this is one of the biggest gifts that HubPages have given me. Thank you my dear friend and here's to so many more hubs for us both to share on here.

      Enjoy your day.

      Eddy,

      I was amazed to see the video of Cat Stevens singing 'Morning Has Broken,' as that song was played at the funeral both of my brother Mark (hub Star-Gazing Wanderer) and my mother. I could not view the video as the content is not permitted here in Germany due to copyright, but no matter as the song is indelibly inscribed in my heart. Now seeing your name, Eddy, and reading your heartfelt words, I understand why a hubber mistakenly called me Eddy in the Question section. It is a delight to begin to know you better.

      Thumbs up, Beautiful and Awesome.

      ...well I've said this to you more than a few times already but my mum would have loved all of your hub presentations very much.

      I am sending you warm wishes dear friend from lake erie time canada 1:41pm and we are getting through winter here and today is a milder day.

      Yes I know all about the beauy of nature which is all around me here as I live literally 100 feet or so away from the lake itself and take a walk along the lakeshore or the beach everyday and often making it a writer's walk too . That is where I see the presence of God in the beauty of nature around us and in the eyes of my two cats.

      Big Canadian hugs from Colin, Tiffy and Gabriel
