Epiphany, A True Interpretation

Updated on December 18, 2016

Our Father god, the grandest of creators of Heaven and Earth, our progenitor,

Saw fit to mold from the clays, this, our planet, and as our finest appropriator.

Much more than mere waters and crudest earth, an accumulation of fine worth,

A core that so rebuilds and in time, evolves, this gift from all's essential birth.

His greatest creation, that of the human kind, meant for the world to mind,

Chosen, his own image, a benevolence, physicality, intelligence combined.

To progress and become totally capable of self sufficiency, so preordained,

As watchmen and the stewards of a wondrous planet, to be self-contained.

As in time, a human interpretation of our own lives, in a beginning and ending,

The lord god in his domain, decided of his benevolence, at last, a rescinding.

Came the great floods and ending, a restoration of the goodness all once had,

Was a time of rebuilding and of rethinking, by all people, that was once so bad.

The golden days were soon to be gone, and as new ones came and went,

Mankind abused the land, in prayer miracles occurred, each, heaven sent.

Those times have now arrived, so harsh, that our Maker has a heavy heart,

He now must decide our fate, that which he created, and to be such a part.

Those olden times, when the floods came, served as warning of future events,

First comes the signs of things to be, our creator, in his disdain, a recompense.

Then comes the second flood, terrific quakes, and burning fire, a catastrophe,

Should the time be nigh, we must prepare for the worse, futures of you and me.

As all are in prayer and on bended knee, the signs are hear for us each to see,

Wild birds fly in the skies and wild creatures stir, all to be alive, are to be so free.

We must ask forgiveness, try our best, and show the Lord we have confessed,

May God in heaven take our souls, preserve our world, of which we're blessed.
