Evil Twins

Updated on March 14, 2011

I wonder if it is a sin

to have and love an evil twin...

if one is light and one is dark,

and co-habitate the self same ark.

I wonder if it violates

any terms of use, or irritates..

that two of us in body dwell...

with yet such different tales to tell.

I wonder if we're recognized...

or if our bond is realized...

and if the truth should come to light,

would we be banished in the night?

It is a risk that we must take

for the good of all at stake...

to write as two but dwell as one...

or sacrifice this double fun!

Very clever my friend, two meanings of the same thing, twins or same side of the coin I think. Voted up

      There are three I's

The I you THINK you are

The I others THINK you are

And the I you REALLY are.

So it is not the the fact that you worry about having another side to yourself it is the fact that you can't see the third and most important aspect that saddens me.

Like the double-mint twins? Or Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde? This one's mysterious. I like mysterious.

This is a concept that has followed me for a good part of my life, actually...I went to a Christmas party one year many years back, at my line leader's house. When he answered the door, he did not recognize me...and I told him I was his assembler's evil twin...lol...by the end of the evening I had convinced the entire group! I was probably the only one there sober which made it all the funnier for me!!! Being two in one is kinda fun and affords me freedom I would not afford one of us! LOL...I crack myself up with this little practice but don't keep secrets so well...as I am sure you can plainly see! Love to you, epi...you got more than you asked for here but...

      Thank you!!!

Brilliant sense of fun, intrigue and mischief! I hope you are not banished 'cos this is too much fun.
