Excuses (tanka)

Updated on June 3, 2013

Where were excuses

When the final moment came

To sit and listen

To the telling of the tale

Of the all I could have done

What we could do, we should do and should do are all different things.

      Good morning, Martin

Regret creeps in when excuses don't work, it seems. Hindsight is a great teacher, always looking back wondering and trying to second guess.

Amazing which what I have come to expect and you do not disappoint.

Angels are winging their way to you, my Friend... ps

Good job Sir Martin! In all our searching, the only thing we ve found that makes the emptiness bearable is each other.

      Have a nice day!

Sometimes all we have are excuses. I suppose it is better than nothing in response to events be they good or bad. In no response we have emptiness and lose the will to exist. Provocative thoughts my friend. whonu
