Fallen 4 You

Updated on September 10, 2012

I try

not to let

my emotions

show in my eyes.

I cover

my growing

infatuation

in little white lies.

I

act

as if

I'm

as strong as you.

But

come on now ,

you know its not true.

You

hold me close ,

your arms I crave.

The love

is starting

to overtake this fear,

I must be brave.

To

venture forth

into the unknown.

Your

love

i want more and more.

The one

who had

your heart before,

thought

you were nothing more

than a chore.

Lazy and diseased

you threw her away.

You

hide the pain well

but

it grows

each day.

Late at night

when I hold you tight,

I can feel

your pulse

race with mine.

I

see the way

your eyes can shine.

Looking

deep into mine,

I

feel the passion

of the love

growing with time.

Thank you both very much . I love when a muse comes into my life.

It does make your poetry come alive with the feelings inside that you have to let out. Yes every poet needs their muse.
