Fall's Last Remembrance

Updated on December 2, 2013

Fall's Last Remembrance..

Holding on tightly ... with tree's
last remembrance
of spring...

As the greens slowly change ..

with the touch ....of mother natures magic

Barren shoulders grip the
golden leftovers...

who refuse to go quietly into winter,
as the brown memories

cover the ground ...like a soft blanket

A bit different for you isn't it Michael? Or since I have been reading you; and I find it very delightful and it shows the extension of you talent! Very good. ^ +

      Dear Michael,

Your poetry is maturing right before our eyes. This is superb, truly! Just today, I saw some Bradford Pear trees, where their "shoulders' were bare, and when I read your verse there, I was reminded of those beautiful trees.

      Up and more and sharing

God bless you. In His Love Always,

      Faith Reaper

Somehow a wonderful wet smell deep with organics and changing life filled the air about me. A crisp chill filled my home. I was swept away to places in my mind that still hold deep in my heart those mysteries of change in season.

Thank you my friend for that magical transporter.

I find it amazing that it puts on such a magical show of color before it leaves and the it goes out in the colors of flames... What an impression. I should be so lucky as to mimic it when its time for me to fade. Love the read.

I do love this time of year when fall gently fades away to the cold winter snows. Your photo is perfect for your poetry. Thanks for the beauty in my day.
