Farmville Blues - A Funny Poem

Updated on March 10, 2017
My first Farmville Farm
My first Farmville Farm

I got the Farmville blues

I got the Farmville blues

Just thinking bout you

Oh Ya… I got the Farmville

The Farmville blues

Source

Are the piggies okay?

How are the cows today?

The dam dog ran away

With the cat yesterday

What more can I say

I got the Farmville blues

Source

Get up in the morning ….at 4 am

Just to run downstairs to farm again

Are the crops ready to harvest

Are the cows ready to milk?

What about the chickens

And where did that dam dog go

I just don’t know

Source

I got the Farmville blues

I got the Farmville blues

Just thinking bout you

Oh Ya… I got the Farmville

The Farmville blues

It got so bad…and it is so sad

Bought another farm

With all the millions that I had

Wouldn’t it be nice if the cash were real?

Then I could buy a real farm with all the money I’ve made

My second Farmville Farm
My second Farmville Farm

Need to go to FVAA (Farmville Anonymous Addicts)

Just to stay away… for at least one day

From Farmville and the other 80 million people that play

No more Farmville blues

I gave up on you

Now I have so much time

To try and think up new rhymes

I gave up the farm and all the animals too

Went to FVAA

Now I can stay away

From Farmville and the Farmville blues

Too funny...but true. Stopped playing FV a year ago but got into Klondike instead.

Ten farms? Wow I thought I was bad. I much prefer being addicted to HubPages...probably the main reason I gave up the farms :)

This rings a bell loud and clear. My Son has ten farms, he even pays friends to grow feed for his animals. I tried to get interested but just couldn't. Give me Hubpages anyday. Thank's

Cute - I used to play Farmville.. my dad got me addicted. I would come home and farm as soon as I got home from work, I would farm while I was making super... I just couldn't deal with the stress if my plants started to die. It was horrible. I am glad I got over it... it left me with so much more time on my hands! LOL

dahoglund, It is a fun game at first but then I found people posting stuff on Facebook like "How can people be so rude as to not send me a gift back when I send them one" It became a bit ridiculous.

SuzieQ, I will come by and read some of your poems soon.

Hi Lela :), The haunted house is a good one and I too loved Halloween and Christmas on Farmville. I agree it is like a dollhouse!

Katrinasui, It is fun as long as you do not become obsessed with it like so many people do.

Cardisa, I played Bejeweled almost every day just to collect those extra tokens :)

Stephanie, Glad you liked the poem and that you know where I am coming from :)

lady rain, Now that I no longer play Farmville, I am now a HubPage addict :)

I feel for you! I was once a Farmville addict, but finally took back control of my life. :) Now I block all mention of Farmville so that I'm not tempted any more. Great poem! Thanks!

I got so many request for the game but never played it, thank God for that.

I am so sorry for you Susan...lol. I hope you get over the blues soon.

I used to be addicted to Bejeweled until my computer crashed, then I installed it on the second one and that one gave out too, so I decided to go cold turkey, it's been hard but I've been clean for over a year now.

Hello, my name is Lela and I am an FVA. I no longer plow and plant, but I do still move the animals around and play with the holiday stuff. Especially the Halloween things. I have a cool haunted house and graveyard and spooky bushes and trees and ........

(It's like playing with a doll house :-)

Nope, I don't play but I know some of my kids do. I was raised on a farm though and love your pictures, esp. the pig! (I'm also a poet, wouldn't ya know it?) You'll have to read some of my "Grandpa" poems. Grandpa's Spit Can, Grandpa's Hat, Grandpa Saved the Day...and many more!
