Today's daily word of encouragement word is Grievous: Which means causing grief and sorrow, or to be oppressive. There are many of us in this world that cause grievous sorrowful pain to our brothers and sisters in Christ. The bible tells us " therefore I hated life because the work that is wrought under the sun is grievous unto me, for all is vanity and a vexation of spirit" which means that Solomon was hurt and frustrated. When he made this statement, which means that all the work that is done under the sun is futile, troublesome and a worry. In all of Solomon wisdom, knowledge and riches, he was still frustrated with the outcome of life. I think the bible said it best, when it said eat drink and be merry because when all is done, we're all going to the grave.
