"Fear Can Make Us Wonder What If"
What if is a terrible question that we shouldn't never ask ourselves because it brings on dread and fear in our lives that we can happily live without. What if stops us from breathing or even moving forward . Fear and what If? goes hand in hand with each other. I remember when I was going through my anxiety attacks, what if was the question, I always asked myself what if. You start out asking what if this happen or what if that happens and before you know it, your heart is pounding and you have set yourself up for a full blown anxiety attack that has caused you to lose focus on the reality in your life. So, the best thing to do is to never ask the question in the first place because you begin to come up with all kinds of mental answers that's not necessarily true, all because of the fear behind the question "What If" that you have asked yourself.
The question "What If," is the fear that make us search for things in our life that most of the times aren't even there, but our minds fool us into believing that it is so. We are all afraid of one thing or another , but we have to train our minds to think positive and happy things to cancel out the fear factor that causes our panic attacks. Over a period of at least twenty years , I have battled depression and panic attacks and I have learned that fear can be debilitating and deadly, if we don't get a handle on it.Fear will have us so afraid that we can't even go outside for a breath of fresh air. I have seen this fear in at least two of my relatives, they both suffer from Agoraphobia, which is the fear of being outside. All kinds of fears can and will keep us from living a normal and happy life.
I know for a fact, that many people live with some kind of fear phobias and if we seek help for ourselves, we might not ever get over the fear factors that controls our lives. So if you remember but one thing, remember not to ask that dreaded question "What If"?
