Finger Rings

Some are small. Some are large.
Gold or Sliver are prime choices.
Some come in two's or just one.
Various gems are used.
Diamonds are a lady's friend.
Ruby tells of a past hidden.
Sapphires tells of royalty.
Rings are shaped different.
Round or square, it's all up to you.
But Silver is my choice with or without the diamond.

Since I was a little girl I wore but one ring, a silver one, but as I got older I understood the beauty that lies within it. The first one I got was silver as mention above but it had a scorpion engraved on top of it. My mom thought I was a Scorpio since am a November born. However I lost the ring while at a church that i used to attend. Years later my boyfriend gave me a gold ring with a blue center gem and diamonds around it. It was costume jewelry but I did not care. It looked real and to this day i still have it. Though now i have two silver rings (their real!!) and i love them.
Rings have different meanings to them and are given on different occasions.

I love rings! The more delicate they are, the more I am drawn to them. I only had real diamonds in mine once. My engagement and wedding rings. I sold them for peanuts after my marriage fell apart. I miss them so much now! Love your hub! My preference is gold, but silver is fine too. : ) Good hub! Voted it up and interesting!
