Fire in the Skies
The enchanted exemplified, the fantastic well certified, in its display,
The majestic skies, marvellous of paintings, illustrated in every way.
As if some brilliant hand, by our creator and god, did so well portray,
Retelling his story, of coming glory, his generous message to convey.
The radiant of the heavens, the gorgeous airs, spread near, away so far,
A canvas of colour so wondrously prepared, as a Renoir, to be on its par.
Monet, Van Gogh, Degas, as personified, in the cloudy corsage, is so fair,
Every rising of the sun, of its setting in the evening sky, are sights so rare.
As if the eye of god perpetuates a magnificence, is so placed within the sky,
Each rainbow's pigment, every tone, with rose and magenta tints, to apply.
A fitting end to evening, its retirement, welcoming dawn, in our amazement.
A resounding spirit-filled comment, to acknowledge beauty, its wonderment.
The grandest of fire in the sky, the reddening vapours at every evening's end,
Charged with love, an understanding of a creator, we only try to comprehend.
His reassurance, signing the scripture of his intent, being only as heaven sent,
Those most splendid sky light's treasures, most vivid of all measures, to present.
